What data we collect

• Information you give us: your email address, and — when you join the waitlist — your intended use (rent / lend / both) and what you want to rent. If you contact us, we keep the contents of that correspondence.
• Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we use your data (legal bases)

• To add you to our waitlist and inform you about our launch — consent, which you give by submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website — our legitimate interests in running and protecting our service.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable — legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising profiling.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it, or until we determine it is no longer needed for the purpose collected (for example, if the project does not launch). You can ask for deletion at any time.

Who we share it with

We use third-party service providers to run the site (for example, our hosting and database provider and our email tools). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. Where any provider is outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

You have the right to: access your data; correct it; delete it ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. We may update this policy. The "last updated" date shows the latest version, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
