Every pack is cleaned and checked by its owner before handover. At pickup, owner and renter confirm the condition together against a checklist, with photos of each item. You'll always know exactly what you're getting — no surprises.
If a pack doesn't match its listing, report it within 24 hours of pickup and you're covered by our resolution policy. We'll work to make it right — a replacement, a partial refund, or help finding another pack nearby.
Renters are identity-verified before they can book. Each rental holds a refundable security deposit that covers damage beyond normal wear, and pickup/return photos document your gear's condition. Your equipment is protected from the moment it leaves your hands to the moment it's back.
A refundable deposit is held for each rental and released after the gear is returned in agreed condition. If there's a disagreement, our team mediates using the pickup and return photo record, so decisions are based on evidence, not opinion.
Listings note the gear's condition and expected wear. Renters are responsible for damage beyond normal use, backed by the security deposit. We're also building a damage-protection program to add an extra layer of coverage for owners as we grow.
It depends on your gear and area. A complete weekend pack at €25/day, rented two weekends a month, brings in roughly €200/month — from gear that would otherwise sit unused.
